Frank Greek, P.E.
Overseeing the strategic direction of F. Greek Development since 1968, Frank Greek has guided the firm to a reputation for exceptional quality and service. He is respected throughout the industry as a person of integrity and dedication to surpassing the needs of the FGD’s clients. Frank is a hands-on developer with expertise in value analysis, land acquisition, “Brownfield” remediation, design development, financing, construction management, leasing and property management. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Frank co-founded several business enterprises including Parsicon Construction, Raritan Environmental Sciences, Mon-Eco Industries, Intech Labs as well as several restaurants.
Mr. Greek has served on the Board of Trustees of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties for more than 10 years in addition to serving on the Political Action Committee. Frank was honored with the NAIOP’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Frank serves on the Advisory Boards for Lion Industrial Trust, a Clarion Partners private REIT that owns over 100,000,000 sq. ft., and the Center for Real Estate at Rutgers University Business School. Frank proudly served in the United States Army Infantry and New Jersey National Guard. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and a licensed Civil Engineer.
Chief Operating Officer
Elliot Kosoffsky is instrumental in implementing operating procedures and directing day-to-day operations throughout the company. Leading dynamic Property Management and Leasing Departments, Elliot provides unsurpassed service to the firm’s third-party management and leasing portfolios including the Lion Industrial Trust of ING Clarion (New Jersey area), the New Jersey and Lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania Principal Financial Portfolio, as well as several privately-held real estate portfolios. As Asset Manager, he oversees profitability, sound management, tenant lease negotiations, insurance procurement, tax appeal process, capital improvement program and all accounting and tax matters resulting in maximizing the highest asset value.
Mr. Kosoffsky is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties having previously served as a member of the Board of Trustees. He is former co-Chair of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority’s Real Estate Committee and served as a Board Member to the Building Owners and Managers Association of New Jersey and holds a Real Property Administrator designation. A member of Young Israel of East Brunswick, Elliot served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer. He is a graduate of New York University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey.
Nick Kolupanowich first became part of F. Greek Development in 1968 spending summer and school vacations learning his craft alongside his stepfather, Vincent Zaccario, who served for over 30 years as a Project Supervisor for the firm. A graduate of Manhattan College and a Registered Professional Engineer in NJ, PA and NY, Nick begins each project with a thorough understanding of the client's needs factoring every element into design. Nick is known for attention to precise detail, superior quality and absolute thoroughness carried from site-design, planning, building layouts, estimating, budget analysis, permitting and securing subcontractors through certificates of occupancy resulting in facilities that surpass the clients' expectations.
He is currently completing LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification incorporating environmental sustainability and energy efficiency in all of the Company's projects. He is member of the American Concrete Institute, Tilt-Up Concrete Association, National Fire Protection Association and New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers.
Matthew Schlindwein, P.E.
Vice President of Development
Matt Schlindwein directs and oversees FGD’s development efforts including site selection, due diligence, design, entitlement, and construction. Ensuring the delivery of projects of the highest quality, within budget, and on schedule, Matt has a reputation for meeting and exceeding clients' goals. Greek Development has completed build to suit developments for some of NJ’s leading companies under his direction. He has strong expertise in design and construction of Class A warehouse facilities, renovations, repositioning, as well as "Brownfield" redevelopment projects for third party clients and the FGD portfolio. Matt is also responsible for the company's renewable energy program and has completed over 1.4 megawatts of solar systems in the portfolio.
Prior to joining Greek Development, he oversaw development projects for one of the nation's largest design-build developers, completing the development and construction of several industrial and office parks throughout New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Matt was recipient of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) New Jersey Chapter's Rising Star Award in 2015 and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees, chair of the Regulatory Affairs Committee, and served as past chair of the Developing Leaders Committee. He is also a NAIOP National Forum member. Matt holds a Bachelor's of Civil Engineering degree from the Catholic University of America and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
David Weissman has an extensive background in operations and financial management. Prior to joining F. Greek Development, David oversaw the financial operations for the North American region of a Fortune 500 company. He also led and executed multiple acquisitions in North America for a global food company, which included transaction identification, due diligence, negotiation, execution, and post-acquisition integration. He is a results-driven leader with a successful track record for delivering value and strategic vision.
As Vice President of Finance and Operations for Greek Development, David provides oversight for the day-to-day operations of the Greek portfolio which includes: accounting, budgeting, underwriting and financing, asset management, property management, acquisitions/dispositions, human resources, leasing, IT, risk management, and other administrative services. He is innovative in resolving complex issues and possesses both the technical and interpersonal skills necessary for building relationships and getting things done. He works closely with the management team to maximize profitability, identify cost saving opportunities, and manage working capital.
A Certified Public Accountant, David graduated Rutgers University with an MBA in Finance and Business Strategy, as well as a BA in Accounting. He currently serves as an Executive Board Member and Treasurer for a community after-school program which he helped establish. He also served as an Executive Board Member and Treasurer for his synagogue.
As a member of both the FGD Development and Management teams, David Greek is responsible for new development and acquisition opportunities as well as expanding FGD’s core business and progressing its expanding services. With a focus on FGD’s strategic initiatives, he targets above market returns with the goal of preserving capital. In concert with both private and institutional capital partners, David manages sourcing and site selection, valuation modeling, securing financing, negotiating transactions, and packaging deals for clients. These include direct acquisition and dispositions, sale-leasebacks, tax-deferred exchanges, installment sales, buyout-lease terminations and lease extension-rent consideration negotiations.
David is involved with the asset management of both the real estate and equity investment portfolios held by the Company. Working closely with the FGD Leasing Team and the Brokerage community at large, he assists both prospective and existing clients with real estate strategies to meet their specific goals.
David is an active member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties as well as the Urban Land Institute. He holds degrees in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and interned with the acquisitions team of Acadia Realty Trust and as an underwriter at Clarion Partners Development Ventures Fund before joining FGD.
As Vice President of Construction, Brett Mercer is responsible for all construction issues related to new building, renovations and fit-ups for both Greek Development and its 3rd part clients. Brett is involved in design, estimating, budgeting, sub-contract negotiations, and work timetables. He assures that all projects meet government compliance and environmental sustainability both during construction and throughout the final facility. He oversees the FGD and Parsicon safety programs assuring that all construction is performed under the highest safety protocol. Supervising all construction disciplines including coordination with specialty subcontractors, Brett has a well-deserved reputation of integrity first while meeting the FGD pledge to clients of superior facilities delivered on-time and in budget.
Mr. Mercer is also the Construction Manager of Parsicon Builders, a contractor specializing in tilt-up construction, masonry, steel and carpentry for third parties as well as Greek Development. Parsicon has extensive new construction and renovation experience with all types of facility use including pharmaceutical, freezer, food-grade, information technology, industrial, office, commercial and retail.
Previous to joining FGD Brett earned 13 years of construction experience throughout the East Coast and Mid-West with more than half in the specialized concentration of the pharmaceutical industry. Brett holds a Civil and Environmental Engineering degree from Virginia Tech with a concentration in Hydraulics. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks' New Jersey Chapter. Brett is a devoted father of three children, an avid sportsman and enjoys volunteering as a coach for community sports programs.
As a member of the Leasing team, Jason's expertise helps the FGD regional, national and international clients find the most advantageous location and facility for their specific budget and strategic requirements. With a deep knowledge of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania real estate markets, Jason is responsible for marketing, new tenant acquisitions, lease negotiations, renewals and budgeting. Jason works closely with the Greek Development team to identify land, spec and build-to-suit opportunities as well as new markets.
Jason brings a personal understanding of distribution and warehousing needs from his previous 18 year experience as a business owner specializing in launching and distributing specialty products nationwide. Jason studied business management at West Virginia University. He's a licensed real estate sales person in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks' New Jersey Chapter.
As a member of the Greek Development Leasing team, Danielle Christensen (Dani) is involved in assisting FGD clients identify facilities that best match their business’ unique requirements. Dani assures that FGD is current with understanding various market conditions, rental rates, local comparables, and space availability. Working closely with the Brokerage community at large, Dani analyzes the specific clients’ business function, budget and goals for the future, introduces the client to multiple options, prepares and negotiates leases.
She also has an active role in the renewal process with existing tenants through on-going relationships to assure that FGD is responding to the changing needs of the businesses it serves.
Dani is a licensed real estate sales person in New Jersey. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Business from Rider University and brings previous professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Dani is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
