In 2013 Preferred Freezer Services (now Lineage Logistics) approached Greek Development and Advance Realty to build a 190,000 SF custom cold storage facility in Woodbridge, NJ. Our decades of construction experience and extensive knowledge of the intricate details required to construct a cold storage facility allowed us to successfully build this freezer, and become one of Preferred Freezer’s trusted service providers. In 2017 Preferred Freezer Services reached out to Greek Development again to oversee the construction of their new facility in Kearny, NJ.
