When Clarion Partners needed a General Contractor to rely on to construct this master planned park, they trusted Greek Development to deliver.
Burlington Industrial Park is a four-building, 1,582,506 square foot park located in Burlington, New Jersey. Situated strategically at the apex of where the New Jersey Turnpike and the Pennsylvania Turnpike meet, this site is unique in its accessibility to both the Philadelphia and New York Metropolitan Markets.
The first phase of the project included the speculative development of Building 2 (478,000 SF) and Building 3 (172,000 SF). Clarion Partners successfully pre-leased both buildings and Greek Development delivered specific tenant improvements while completing the buildings. Doing so allowed the tenants to occupy their building within their necessary timeline thus allowing the tenant to meet their operational targets. The final phase of the project, Building 4 (192,000 SF) completed construction in late 2017 and was recently outfitted for two new tenants, Ta Chen International, Inc. and NDS.
American Hotel Register Company is a manufacturer and supplier of hospitality products and services.
HD Supply is one of the largest industrial supply distributors in North America.
Ta Chen International is a leading master distributor of stainless, aluminum and nickel alloy coils, sheets, plates, long products, tubes and PVFs.
NDS is the industry's primary source for solutions in Storm Water Management, Efficient Landscape Irrigation, and Flow Management Valves for the residential and commercial markets.

Greek Development’s 3-Building Master-Planned, 979,904 SF project has best in-class design amenities. Greek Development broke down this project into 2 phases. Phase 1 included the construction of Buildings 1(496,320 SF) and 2 (187,600 SF), while phase 2 included Building 3 (296,020 SF). Park 130 was fully leased before we finished construction.
The land in South Brunswick was purchased in 2008, at which time had a 60-year-old building housing a company that manufactured mostly OTC medicines, shampoos, and other consumer items. After the company went out of business in early 2014, Greek Development was faced with a dilemma of whether to lease the aging building or re-develop the property. After much deliberation, we chose to demolish the building, as well and buy the neighboring lot in order to have the opportunity to build Park 130.
Park 130 has best in-class design amenities including:
- 36' clear height
- ESFR sprinkler system
- Energy efficient light fixtures to suit
- Roof-mounted Cambridge air rotation, gas –fired, hot air furnaces
- 135’ to 185’ truck courts
- Dedicated trailer storage
